i like the look, ive seen it before, reminds me a bit of the ALIENS series ship models.. its not a combat vessel so i can forgive the long midsection (a commander would prolly order his fleet to fire at your thinnest point, as logicially it should be the easiest to break). but yeah, excellent detailing, neat overall shape.
Thanks. Yes, this would get blown to pieces but this exists in a world where war doesn't yet exist in space. People are more interested in exploring. I just made that up right now by the way.
on the fly construction of story and resultant integration. i wonder if i stuck that in bp if it would work. Beyond protocol uses armor on the sides and front of ships to calculate attacks, the sides would have low armor...... i wonder how combat would work
Not really familiar with BP but I'll look into it.
The struts that support the nacelles of the original Enterprise are kind of weak looking but I don't recall them ever being targeted (correct me if I'm wrong). The same can be said for the long neck section of the Klingon ships also. I guess they have enough confidence in their shield technology. I'll have to apply the same logic with this ship then.
